Log Cabin Stained Glass Panel

This is a nice variation on the classic Log Cabin design.  A custom glue chip center bevel surrounded by clear bevels. Then into a bit of glue chip, a bit of  EnglishMuffle blue, and of course, more glue chip.

Custom Blue Stained Glass Bevel Panel

Start with a custom designed center bevel cluster. Then surround it with a beautiful blue English Muffle glass from the Wissmach Glass company in West Virginia. As a final touch wrap the entire panel in even more bevels. A dark patina, a strong zinc frame, three hooks so that you may hang it either vertically or horizontally, and 24" of hanging chain. This signed and dated panel measures out at about 12" x 17" and you should see the light come through it. A great addition to your home. Yes, I just had to put it on Etsy.

Kitten Bevel Panel

Everybody like cute cats and kittens.  Right?  (well, almost everyone)
Doing some rearranging in the studio, I ran across this cat bevel and just had to make up a small panel. Nothing special but it has sold already.   YEA !

Just so you know:
If you are local, Xenia, Ohio area glass classes are starting up again.  The next one is on Saturday, March 25th from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. All supplies are included in the $125.00 investment.
You will leave with a finished panel to hang in your window.

Blue Bevel Panel

Let's see, 3 bevels down the center. A surround of crinkle glass, a very deeply textured glass for a really nice sparkle. Add an inch of English Muffle Blue all around for just a pop of color.  OK, I will add another smaller bevel to each corner. To top this off, a very special coloring on the lead lines and the frame....a rich copper tone on the lead lines and a deep black on the frame.
That should do it.   Now, take it to the store.

Double Flower Bevel Panel

It has been slow in the studio for the last month. Just internal projects and inventory building for the busy summer season.
Small bevel hearts and little 4" square accent pieces for the First Friday shows. Small things, easily carried and inexpensive to own.

Now that all that is caught up I have started on some larger panels for the Mall and for Etsy.  This is one of them, A double flower bevel with a vibrant blue line and gold dichroic accents.
At 12" x 24" it makes a nice statement in the window.
It is available on my Etsy site. See the side bar.

Very Blue

I have always love the way light shines through glass.
In this case, a antique bottle in window light from the back-right.
Just for you to enjoy.
